798. District Courts. Judicial district of Idaho, report to accompany S. 752 [to amend sec. 78 of chapter 231, 36th Statutes at large (36 Stat. L., sec. [p.] 1109), relating to one judicial district to be known as district of Idaho, and dividing it into 4 divisions, to be known as northern, central, southern, and eastern divisions, defining territory embraced in said divisions, fixing terms of district court for said divisions, requiring clerk of court to maintain office in charge of himself or deputy at Coeur d'Alene City, Idaho, Moscow, Idaho, Boise City, Idaho, and Pocatello, Idaho, and to authorize district court for district of Idaho, by rule or order, to make such changes in description or names to conform to such changes of description or names of counties in said divisions as Legislature of Idaho may hereafter make]; submitted by Mr. Borah.
