4191. Public law 31-46, 80th Congress. Boy Scout Jamboree. H. R. 1621, act to authorize Secretary of War to lend War Department equipment and provide services to Boy Scouts of America in connection with World Jamboree of Boy Scouts to be held in France. 1947, and to authorize commissioner of internal revenue to provide exemption from transportation tax, and further to authorize Secretary of State to issue passports to bona fide Scouts and Scourers without fee for application or issuance of said passports.
