Ordinance enacted by Executive Council Apr. 2, 1904, authorizing transfer to Ponce and Gnayama Railroad Company of franchise granted to Compania de los Ferrocarriles de Puerto Rico for railway between Ponce and Guayama, and also transfer of such franchise from American Railroad Company of Porto Rico, Central Aguirre Operator, to said Ponce and Guayama Railroad Company.
