National forests. Executive order [that on and after July 1, 1908, land heretofore reserved as parts of Cascade, Fremont, and Umpqua national forests shall be known as] Umpqua national forest, Oreg. [certain portions of present Umpqua national forest to constitute Siuslaw national forest, and remaining portions, not included in any other reservation or appropriation, to be restored to public domain].
