Holidays. Executive order [authorizing that when Jan. 1, Feb. 22, May 30, July 4, and Dec. 25 shall fall on Sunday all Government offices, arsenals, navy-yards, and stations and other Government establishments shall be closed to public business on following Monday, and all employees shall be excused from work on that day, excepting where State law fixes for holiday another day than Monday].
