Report amending by substitute H. 4301, to amend act for relief of soldiers and sailors who enlisted or served under assumed names while minors or otherwise in Army or Navy during War of Rebellion, so that title shall read: Act for relief of soldiers and sailors who enlisted or served under assumed names while minors or otherwise in Army or Navy during War of Rebellion, War with Spain, or Philippine insurrection.
