Clayton, H. D. Report amending by substitute H. 13196, to amend act for circuit and district courts at Dothan, Ala. [so that all civil causes now pending before middle district of Alabama which could originally have been begun in southern division of middle district of Alabama, shall, upon application of either party, be transferred to said southern division of middle district for trial].
