Railroad employees. Statistical analysis of carriers' monthly hours of service reports covering all instances in which employees were on duty, fiscal year 1913, for longer periods than those provided by Federal hours of service act, as to all railroads that reported during year aggregate, resjiectively, of 25 or more instances of various classes of excess service.
