Item of appropriation to be inserted in sundry civil appropriation bill authorizing Secretary of Labor to execute lease for office quarters for United States immigration service at Montreal, Canada, for period of 4 years, beginning July 1, 1914, at rental not exceeding $4,500 per annum.
