Bonds of United States. Request that indefinite continuing appropriation be authorized by Congress of amount not to exceed one-tenth of 1 per cent of amount of 2 per cent bonds converted under law the 1st year, and that thereafter similar indefinite appropriation be authorized not exceeding one twenty-fifth of 1 per cent of amount permitted, to continue while authority to convert exists.
