St. Croix River, Minn, and Wis., up to Taylors Falls, report on preliminary examination of St. Croix River, Minn, and Wis., from mouth to Taylors Falls, with view to removal of logs and other obstructions, consideration being also given to question of cooperation on part of local interests in construction of harbors, levees, and terminals at various points along said river.
