Revenue stamps. To amend sec. 411 of revenue act of Sept. 8, 1916, amendment to sec. 411 of revenue act approved Sept. 8, 1916, which section provides for redemption of documentary stamps issued under emergency revenue act of Oct. 22, 1914. and joint resolution continuing that act.
