Salvarsan, hearings on S. 2178, suspending during present emergency all rights arising out of any patent granted by United States upon any compound or medicine of which salvarsan is a constituent part and S. 2363. authorizing Secretary of War or Secretary of Navy to manufacture for use of Army, Navy, or the people of United States any drug, medicine, or other remedy or device which is protected by patent or patents, trade-mark or trade-marks, and which can not be procured at reasonable price within United States.
