Income tax. Corporation income tax, premiums paid to insurance companies on policies insuring in favor of corporations, lives of officers or employees, are not hereafter deductible from gross income, but, to extent that such premium payments have not been previously deducted from gross income in any return of annual net income, they may be deducted from proceeds of policy when such proceeds are received, net proceeds being returned as income.
