German currency, reliquidation, satisfactory evidence having been submitted to Secretary of Treasury showing that value in United States money of German currency specified in certain invoices was, at date of certification of such invoices, more than 10 per cent less than value proclaimed, reliquidation of entries is hereby directed in accordance with sec. 25 of tariff act of Aug. 28, 1894.
