Cigars. Tax on cigars, cigarettes, tobacco, and snuff, etc., regulations concerning tax on cigars, cigarettes, tobacco, and snuff removed from factory or customhouse on and after Feb. 25, 1919, and special taxes on manufacturers of tobacco, cigars, and cigarettes imposed by revenue act of 1918.
