NOTE.—The Congressional record, containing the proceedings and debates of Congress, is issued daily when Congress is in session, and indexes thereto are published fortnightly. Congress adjourned Nov. 19, 1919; but 1 number of the Record, containing speeches, was issued Nov. 25.
The Record is sold by the Superintendent of Documents on the following terms: Single copy, 3 cents, if not more than 24 pages, and 1 cent more for each additional 8 pages; per month, $1.50, foreign subscription, $2.50. Subscriptions are payable in advance. Prices for the bound volumes of the Record, 65th Congress, 1st-3d sessions, and prior Congresses, will be furnished on application. Send remittances to the Superintendent of Documents, Washington, D. C. Stamps and foreign money will not be accepted.
