Executive order [authorizing that upon signing of agreements between miners and operators specified in award of Bituminous Coal Commission, members of that commission be relieved of their duties, and that immediately all files, records and property of said commission shall be transferred to Council of National Defense and all obligations incurred by said commission shall be liquidated by said council, but that on June 30, 1920, records and files of Bituminous Coal Commission shall be transferred to Interior Department and consolidated with files of Fuel Administration].
