Government bonds. Purchase of obligations of foreign Governments and purchase of United States bonds from repayments by foreign Governments, statements of expenditures under said acts to Nov. 30, 1922, (1) in purchase of obligations of foreign Governments, and (2) in purchase of United States bonds for retirement from repayments by foreign Governments on account of principal of their obligations purchased by United States.
