NOTE.—On May 7, 1923, the publication of weekly bulletins was resumed and the issuance of monthly bulletins (and special bulletins as occasion required) discontinued. Since May 1, therefore, the 1923 Internal revenue bulletin service consists of weekly bulletins of new rulings and decisions of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and internal revenue Treasury decisions of general importance, quarterly digests of such new rulings (cumulative from Jan. 1, 1922), and semiannual cumulative bulletins containing in full the new rulings and decisions published during the preceding 6 months. The complete bulletin seryice may be obtained, on a subscription basis, from the Superintendent of Documents, Government Printing Office, Washington, D. C., for $2.00 a yr.; foreign subscription, $2.75.
