    Government officials and employees. Executive order [amending Executive order of Dec. 12, 1923, authorizing that beginning at 9 a. m., on Dec. 24, 1923, 4 hours, exclusive of time for luncheon, shall constitute a day's work, so as to direct that on Dec. 24, 1923, beginning with time fixed by heads of Executive establishments for entering on duty, and exclusive of time for luncheon, 4 hours shall constitute a day's work for all clerks and other employees of Federal Government and government of District of Columbia, in District of Columbia].
