Education Department. To create Department of Education and to encourage education and to encourage States in promotion and support of education, hearings on S. 1337, to create Department of Education, to authorize appropriations for conduct of said Department, to authorize appropriation of money to encourage States in promotion and support of education, and for other purposes.
