Price regulation for trade-marked articles, supplement to hearings, 69th Congress, 1st session, on H. R. 11, to clarify law, to promote equality thereunder, to encourage competition in production and quality, to prevent injury to good will, and to protect trade-mark owners, distributers, and the public against injurious and uneconomic practices in distribution of articles of standard quality under distinguishing trade-mark, name, or brand.
