NOTE.—The first 5 publications in this Pan American miscellany series (without series designation) with titles "Centenary of independence of Mexico, Sept. 27, 1821-Sept. 27, 1921, published in commemoration of 100th anniversary of Mexican independence," "Achievements of century of Brazilian independence," "International dedication ceremony [monument to James Orton on Esteves Island, Lake Titicaca, dedicated Sept. 25, 1921]," "On certain antiquities in western Guatemala," and "Present state of anthropological research in Mexico [and suggestions regarding its future developments]," were issued, the first as an independent publication and the following 4 (nos. 2-5) as separates from the Bulletin of the Pan American Union, English edition, for May and Aug. 1922, Apr. 1924, and Nov. 1924 and Jan. 1925, respectively, and with the exception of no. 2, have appeared in the Monthly catalogue for Oct. 1921, Sept. 1922, May, 1924, and Jan. 1925.
