Notes:
Location of a mining claim in conformity with law on land returned as agricultural raises a presumption that the land is mineral, and burden of proof is thereafter with anyone alleging agricultural character. In case of application for mineral patent that embraces several lode claims proof should show an expenditure of $500 on each claim, except where it is shown that improvement on one of such claims is for common benefit of all.
