Right to make additional entry of Umatilla lands conferred upon persons whose claims were made fractional by boundary line of reservation crossing same may be exercised by widow of homesteader.
Where homesteader conveys his interest in homestead tract to his wife, as his widow, for purpose of avoiding expense that would attend settlement of his estate, the instrument so executed, though in form of a deed, must be regarded as testamentary.
