Veto message authorizing Indians in State of Washington to present claims to Court of Claims, message returning without approval bill (S. 1480) authorizing certain Indian tribes and bands [namely Lower Spokan and Lower Pend d'Oreille or Lower Kalispel tribes] or any of them, residing in State of Washington, to present their claims to Court of Claims.
