Aeronautics. International aeronautical conference on civil aeronautics, report with accompanying papers, to the end that legislation may be enacted authorizing the President to invite representatives of foreign Governments to attend an international aeronautical conference on civil aeronautics to be held in Washington, D. C., Dec. 12-14 of this year and appropriation for expenses of such conference.
