S. 1828, act to amend 2d paragraph of sec. 5 of national defense act, as amended by act of Sept. 22, 1922, by adding thereto provision that will authorize names of certain graduates of general service schools and Army War College, not at present eligible for selection to General Staff Corps eligible list, to be added to that list.
