Plant Quarantine and Control Administration. Eradication of Mediterranean fruit fly, proposed legislation affecting existing appropriation which would enable Secretary of Agriculture to meet grave emergency due to presence of Mediterranean fruit fly in certain sections of Florida by making available $4,250,000 until June 30, 1930, for necessary expenses in connection with eradication, control, and prevention of spread of this pest [by Plant Quarantine and Control Administration].
