Passamaquoddy Bay. Passamaquoddy and Cobscook bays, report to the end that legislation may be enacted to authorize appropriation to defray half the expenses of investigation to be made jointly by United States and Canada of probable effects of damming of Passamaquoddy and Cobscook bays on fisheries of that region.
