NOTE.—General provisions relating to the preparation and application of Tables of basic allowances, Tables of equipment, and Tables of allowances appear in AR 720-100. In case of conflict between Tables of basic allowances and any other tables, the former will govern. Pending complete revision of Tables of basic allowances heretofore published in circular form, the publication of a basis of issue of any item in T/BA 1-3 in the new series of Tables of basic allowances will operate to cancel all bases of issue of that item heretofore published in circular form.
