Rivers. Act of Mar. 1, 1911, Weeks law (36 Stat. 961), act to enable any State to cooperate with any other State or States, or with United States, for protection of watersheds of navigable streams, and to appoint commission for acquisition of lands for purpose of conserving navigability of navigable rivers.
