Hides and skins of cattle of bovine species, report to the President on differences in costs of production of hides and skins of cattle of bovine species, raw or uncured, or dried, salted, or pickled, in United States and in principal com- peting country, as ascertained pursuant to provisions of sec. 336 of title 3 of tariff act of 1930.
