Larceny. Stealing from passengers on interstate trains, report to accompany S. 4095 [to amend act to punish unlawful breaking of seals of railroad cars containing interstate or foreign shipments, unlawful entering of such cars, stealing of freight and express packages or baggage or articles in process of transportation in interstate shipment, and felonious asportation of such freight or express packages or baggage or articles therefrom into another district of United States, and felonious possession or reception of same, as amended (U. S.
