Load-line. Convention with Canada, proposing certain exemptions from provisions of international load line convention, signed London, July 5, 1930, convention signed between United States and Canada, Dec. 9, 1933, by which vessels of United States and of Canada, operating solely on certain specified sheltered waters of west coast of North America, will be exempted from load line requirements as contemplated in article 2, sec. 2, of international load line convention, signed London, July 5, 1930.
