Trail Smelter. Convention with Canada regarding certain damages resulting from smelter operations, convention between United States and Canada, signed Ottawa, Apr. 15, 1935, having for its object payment to United States of sum of $350,000, United States currency, in settlement of all damage which occurred in United States prior to Jan. 1, 1932, as a result of operation of smelter of Consolidated Mining & Smelting Co., Trail, British Columbia, and establishment of tribunal for decision of questions arising since that date.
