Switzerland. Prohibit commercial use in United States of coat of arms of Swiss Confederation, report in regard to obligation of this Government, under Red Cross convention of 1929, to take such measures as may be necessary to prohibit commercial use in United States of coat of arms of Swiss Confederation.
