Res. 679 provides for the continuation of the Works Progress Administration, the National Youth Administration within the Works Progress Administration, the Farm Security Administration within the Department of Agriculture, the National Emergency Council, and the National Resources Committee until June 30, 1939, and the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works until June 30, 1941.
This act also provides for rural electrification loans and for agricultural priceadjustment payments, and contains provision amending the United States Housing Authority act.
