NOTE.—Many of the divisions of the Foreign and Domestic Commerce Bureau issue monthly statistical statements in processed form showing the exports or imports (and in some cases reexports) of various commodities. For convenience the statements issued by a division nave been grouped in numerical order under the name of the issuing division. Except for the statements issued under the group number 1700, which contain only summary monthly statistics, the statements show the exports or reports of Commodities in complete detail by countries, and in certain instances by customs districts as well. Statistics covering trade in commodities by principal countries no longer appear in the "Monthly summary of foreign commerce of United States," and it is only through subscription to appropriate statistical statements that a record of such trade can be secured. Annual compilations are published in "Commerce and navigation of United States."
The annual domestic subscription puce of each statement is based on the number of sheets of information included therein, the minimum price being $1.00. Where the subscriber resides outside the United States an additional charge—usually $1.00 per year— is levied. Single copies are to be charged for at the rate of one-tenth the annual subscription price in every case. Apply to the Foreign and Domestic Commerce Bureau, Washington, D. C., for these statements and for further information concerning them.
