Beginning with the 75th Congress in accordance with provisions of S. 3440. 74th Congress (Public 724, approved June 20, 1936), the Session or Pamphlet laws were discontinued and the Statutes at large heretofore published at the end of a Congress will be issued at the end of each session of Congress.
