Public [act] 788-875, 76th Congress. Customs Court. S. 3990, act to transfer essential language of sec. 518, title 4, of tariff act of 1930 [relating to Customs Court] into judicial code and to provide for its reenactment as part of said judicial code, to take effect from date of its passage, including allowance to judges of Customs Court for traveling expenses incurred for maintenance while absent from New York on official business and to repeal all acts inconsistent therewith to extent of such inconsistency.
