Naval supplies. Hearing [78th Congress, 1st session], on H. R. 2198, to amend act of Mar. 3, 1909, as amended, providing for sale of naval stores, in order to authorize Secretary of Navy to permit sale of naval stores in continental United States during war and 6 months thereafter to civilian officers and employees of United States and to other persons at stations where purchase from private agencies is found to be impracticable.
