NOTE.—The Internal revenue bulletin service for 1944 will consist of semimonthly bulletins and an annual cumulative bulletin. The semimonthly bulletins will contain the rulings and decisions to he made public and all Treasury Department decisions (known as Treasury decisions) pertaining to internal revenue matters. The annual cumulative bulletin will contain all rulings and decisions, (including Treasury decisions) published during the previous 12 months. The complete, bulletin service may be obtained on a subscription basis, from the Superintendent of Documents, Government Printing Office, Washington 25, D. C., 10c, single copy, $2.50 a yr.; foreign subscription $3.75.
