Public law 306-350, 78th Congress. Nurse Corps, Army, S. 1808, act to authorize temporary appointment as officers in Army of United States of members of Army Nurse Corps, female persons having necessary qualifications for appointment in such corps, female dietetic and physicaltherapy personnel of Medical Department of Army, exclusive of students and apprentices, and female persons having necessary qualifications for appointment in such department as female dietetic or physical-therapy personnel.
