Notes:
1. Where a claimant, under section 2, act of June 27, 1890, can not furnish testimony of persons having knowledge of circumstances under which his disability was incurred, and there is nothing to create suspicion that it was caused by "vicious habits," his own affidavit, with testimony of two credible witnesses showing that he was a man of good habits, will suffice.
2. Where there are grounds for suspecting that the disability is a result of vicious habits the evidence necessary to overcome that suspicion will vary according to circumstances.
3. In general, where there is no ground for suspecting vicious habits, and claimant has been a man of good habits and repute for credibility, the presumption should be in favor of the claim.
