Small Business Finance Corporation. Establishment of permanent Small Business Finance Corporation, hearing before subcommittee, 79th Congress, 2d session, on S. 1320, to provide for reconversion of small industries to civilian production, to expedite reentry into business of small businessmen whose businesses have been curtailed or closed because of war emergencies, to aid men and women of our armed forces and others who desire to enter into business on their own after war, and to encourage free flow of American capital into small and intermediate sized enterprises, by establishment of permanent Small Business Finance Corporation within Federal Reserve System to assist financing institutions in making shortand long-term credit available to small and intermediate sized enterprises, July 25, 1946.
