Notes:
NOTE.—The Reclamation era is designed to assist water users on Federal reclamation farms. It enables settlers to properly use the water provided for irrigation by the 54 projects the Bureau of Reclamation has in operation. It also instruct the water users in diversifying and marketing their crops, thus assuring them of success on their farms. In addition to these features the magazine also contains articles on the progress of construction on those developments now under way, as well as a feature entitled Notes to contractors which is closely followed by contractors throughout the Nation.
The subscription price of the Reclamation era is $1.00 per year for persons residing in the United States and Canada: $1.50 a year for foreign subscriptions; a special rate of 50 cents a year is grunted to members of water users' associations. Subscriptions should be sent to the Commisioner, Bureau of Reclamation, Department of the Interior, Washington 25, D. C. All checks or money orders should be made payable to the Treasurer of the United States.
The Era was revived with the May 1946 issue after a wartime retirement of four years. Former subscribers will receive the issues due them.
