R. 5593, act authorizing Sabine Lake Bridge and Causeway Authority, hereby created, and its successors, to construct, maintain, and operate bridges over Sabine Lake, at or near Port Arthur, Tex., to construct, maintain, and operate all causeways, approaches, and appurtenances pertaining thereto, and to finance said objects by issuance of bonds secured by said properties and income and revenues, and for other purposes.
