R. 8753, act to amend Federal property and administrative services act of 1949, as amended, to authorize Administrator of General Services to establish and operate motor vehicle pools and systems and to provide office furniture and furnishings when agencies are moved to new locations, to direct administrator to report unauthorized use of Government motor vehicles, and to authorize United States Civil Service Commission to regulate operators of Government-owned motor vehicles, and for other purposes.
